This week, we made a seven layer salad that was not only delicious, but fits with our Trim Healthy Mama way of eating.
We used a punch bowl and it worked quite nicely.
We used the recipe from Taste of Home (link below) except we used raw cauliflower instead of potatoes. This will make an excellent side for this summer's barbecue's and picnics. It is considered a Satisfying dish.
